Relevant Experience

Charlotte began her career in student support services at Southampton Solent University before making the move to the Big Smoke in 2004. She then worked within the creative industry for many years which included running a creative venue for three years at ?What If! Innovation where she built a strong client base and reputation. In 2012 Charlotte joined SKC London's sister company Bis Recruit as a Recruitment Consultant. Her time with Bis Recruit has given her over a decade of solid experience working with candidates helping them fulfil their potential, enabling her to easily step into the role of a Career Coach with SKC London.
