Flexibility on Location
Most employees choose to complete their individual 1:1 programme online, however there is the option to complete modules face-to-face, or a combination of both in person and online.

Tailor-made Programmes
Your employees select the modules they want to cover in an initial call with one of our Career Coaches. Depending on the level of programme you choose, employees can choose either three or five modules.

Modular Based Packages

Ongoing Support
Your employees will each receive dedicated 1:1 after programme support. This could be for any specific interview preparation, to discuss interview feedback or simply to catch up on how they’re doing.
Additional Services
Employees have the option to register as a candidate with our sister company Bis Recruit to assist with their job search, as well as further support from our external partners in neurodiversity, confidence and resilience.
